Where can I find my insurance policy?
You can find your insurance policy online in your Insurfox customer account.
Once you have taken out a policy, you will also receive the documents by email. This means you have everything you need, and you don't have to worry about any paperwork.
The length of the contract depends on the product and is clearly stated in your policy.
The contract will automatically renew if you don't cancel it on time.
You can find all the details about the contract term and renewal in your customer account or in the contract documents.
Cancelling is easy.
You can cancel either through your Insurfox customer account or by email.
Just make sure you follow the notice period given in your policy and we'll take care of the rest.
